Palette Forward ("we," "us," or "our") operates paletteforward.co. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and what choices you have.

When you click an affiliate link and visit a retailer's site, that retailer's privacy policy governs how your data is handled on their platform.

Email communications

If you subscribe to our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We will not contact you for marketing purposes without your consent.

Data retention

We retain email addresses on our list until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per the default settings of the analytics provider (typically 26 months for Google Analytics). We do not store payment information — all purchases happen directly on retailer websites.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, contact us at hello@paletteforward.co. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
